FlagoS skills is an open registry and package format for reusable AI-agent skills. It matters because self-evolving agents need portable, installable and versionable skill assets to preserve improvements across sessions and environments.
2. Working Principle
skill package specification -> registry publication -> install and integration hooks -> versioned reuse -> multi-agent skill portability
3. Evidence Path
web-observed GitHub page showed 12 stars, 11 forks, 69 commits, Apache-2.0 license, and README claims for open skill registry/package format workflows. Shell GitHub API access remained blocked by DNS and local gh auth was invalid, so this card treats the snapshot as web-observed rather than API-verified.
4. Teaching Use
Use this card to explain skill-orchestration as a substrate: evolution is easier to govern when capabilities are packaged, validated and promoted as reusable modules.
